When not working on their individual paintings and drawings, students enjoy a 25-minute group sketch study of an outdoor still life or portrait. Everyone takes a turn at being the model! All work areas on the deck or under the tent provide ample social distancing.

SUMMER CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS  for children and teens ages 9-18, and Adults are running now through end of August. Outdoor studio classes are held under the large event tent on the studio grounds. Plein Air Landscape Painting Workshops are held at a local park or farm open to the public.

EARLY FALL STUDIO CLASSES for Children and Adults begin week of  September 1. Students are welcome to start as early as week of August 24. Classes are held outdoors at the studio under the tent until mid to late October as weather allows. Tent has clear walls for wind and rain. Dress accordingly. Classes will switch to Zoom instruction classes for the late fall and winter sessions or until the studio reopens.

New and returning students may register for Fall 2020 at this time.

We follow the COVID safety guidelines as issued by Mass.gov, including all students and instructor must wear masks and adhere to the 6′ distancing rule.
