PAINTING WORKSHOP – AGES 9-17
Monday-Friday, February 17-21: 1:00-3:00 pm
$150/5-day week, $35/per day – materials included.
This workshop will focus on developing techniques for a more painterly and expressive style of painting. Each day offers a different media to explore. Students will choose to work from a Still Life setup, Portrait, or Landscape photo image to inspire their own interpretation into a more free-form expressive work of art.
Monday: Oils – underpainting
Tuesday: Acrylics
Wednesday: Watercolors
Thursday: Oil Pastels
Friday: Oils – 2nd coat touchups or student’s choice
